It took over an hour for the second room we requested to be ready, and once we settled in for the night, we discovered bugs in the room attracted by the Christmas lights on the window. The staff brought in insecticide, which thankfully didn't have an odor, but it still affected our sleep. The cleanliness of the room was also subpar, with only the bathtub being passably clean while the shower was disgusting. The lack of bath mats and towels in the bathroom, along with a loose toilet seat, added to the discomfort. Limited parking was another drawback, with only space available for two cars. Additionally, the Executive Suite we booked did not have the promised sofa bed, and the smoke alarm needed new batteries as it continuously beeped. Despite these issues, the location was , and the bed and bed linens were comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities. Although we did not have a car, we noticed that there was ample parking space available for guests. The transportation system in this city was easily accessible from the hotel. We loved that the hotel was located right beside a restaurant that served delicious Chinese food, making it a great option for our meals. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

This hotel's location is unbeatable, with easy access to the city's main attractions. the staff was always polite and attentive, fulfilling our luxurious needs with exclusive amenities such as a Jacuzzi and a private lounge area. the restaurant served tasty dishes, and we especially enjoyed the bar's drinks selection.

The room we stayed in had a minor issue with the air conditioning, which made the environment less comfortable than we expected. Nonetheless, this was not a major inconvenience, as we spent most of our time exploring the city and enjoying the hotel's other advantages.
